UK musician Jay Scrivener first found his passion for music when he began learning guitar at the age of 11. He has since gone onto perform, write and record with numerous bands and artists performing in venues across the UK.

His knowledge and expertise in music come from both experience and studying music full time. Jay was awarded a National Diploma in Music with Triple Distinction in 2010, this gave him many opportunity's to develop his performance, technique and theory.
Jay has experience and knowledge of many musical styles and has performed with various groups and solo covering everything from Rock and Blues to Big Band, Jazz, Latin Percussion and Chiptune!

Jay also offers music workshops for your school,college or youth group to suit all ages and abilities. Workshops can look at everything from playing in a rock band and recording a CD to group drumming or electronic music. Whether your looking for a workshop leader, a tutor for a long term project or just a one off session with your existing group,
Jay can cover it.

As well as on the stage, Jay regularly works as backstage crew at various venues and events. With experience of everything from LX, rigging and sound, Jay has worked on everything from big rock shows to week long theatre productions with dutys including Deputy Stage Manager, LX Op, Spot Op, Load In/Out Crew, Lighting Designer and Sound Engineer.
